Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available).
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, it will be emailed to you once it’s been shipped.
Some items may ship without full tracking depending on the supplier and destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund and/or you may need to pay for reshipping.
Delayed / Lost Packages
Once an order leaves our facility/supplier and is with the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.
That said, if your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at cerifixation@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help you locate it or resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages (for example, if items ship from different suppliers or warehouses). If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details when available.
